Do you require a deposit or incidental hold upon check-in?
Yes, at check-in, we will authorize your card for the Room & Tax, plus a temporary 30 percent hold for incidentals. Any amount held that you don’t spend will be released upon checkout. Please note that this hold typically takes up to 7 business days to disappear from your credit card statement.
Do you accept cash payments?
We accept cash payments upon checkout. A credit card is required at check-in.
Someone else is supposed to pay for my room. How can they do that?
Have them call the hotel and request a Credit Card Authorization Form. They will provide their email address, and we will send the form for them to fill out. This allows us to securely apply their credit card information to your reservation. Please note that if they choose to cover Room & Tax only, you will still be required to provide a credit card at check-in for a $100 incidental hold.
Do you have a shuttle to/from the airport?
Yes, we do have a shuttle to and from the airport and the train station, and it runs daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Please call the hotel at 928-779-7900 to coordinate this prior to your arrival.
How much does parking cost?
Parking is complimentary for all hotel guests.
Where can I get coffee in the morning? Is it complimentary?
Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby from 5 AM to 6 AM. It can also be purchased at the Travel Center starting at 5:30 AM or from Silver Pine’s cafe menu starting at 6 AM. There is also a coffeemaker in your room for your convenience.
Do you have a laundry service? How does it work?
Yes, we provide valet laundry services for our guests. Put your items in the laundry bag in your room and fill out the slip of paper included with it. Call Guest Relations from your room, and we will send someone to pick it up, or you can drop it off with an agent at the front desk. Self-serve laundry is also available in the Travel Center, which is coin-operated; rates start at $3 for the washer and $2.50 for the dryer.

Do you have roll-away beds?
No, we do not offer roll-away beds.
Is there a microwave in the room?
Yes, there is a microwave in every room.
Is there a mini fridge in the room?
There is a cooling drawer in the room. Please note that it just keeps items cool, not cold.
