Intentionally designed with the highest quality materials, including English wool carpets and live-edge furnishings, our Grand Rooms offer unmatched spaciousness and feature floor-to-ceiling views of our well-groomed grounds or our private ponderosa pine forest.
For added spaciousness that feels like home, our Apartment Suites feature two bedrooms, a full-sized kitchen, and a large bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower. Designed for privacy and comfort, these suites include one room with a king-sized bed, another with two queen-size beds, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area.
For cozy winter getaways and cooler summer nights, our Fireplace Suites feature one king-sized bed and a marble fireplace in a spacious seating area.
With two separate floors of living spaces, the focal point of the Governor’s Suite is the marble fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. The downstairs also features a living room with a wet bar, and the lofted bedroom offers a king-size bed and beautiful views of our forested grounds.
Exceptional luxury with the spaciousness of home, the Presidential Suite offers two levels of living spaces. The upstairs features one king-size bed and a sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble fireplace. The downstairs level features a second marble fireplace, living room with a queen-size sofa sleeper, a full-sized kitchen and dining table, and a secondary full-size bathroom.
Our accessible rooms offer the spaciousness and elegance of our Grand rooms with additional amenities to maximize individual guest needs, including transfer and roll-in showers, handheld showerheads, and grab bars and handrails.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
The hotel courtesy shuttle runs every day from 7 AM to 10 PM on the hour and half hour. Please call the hotel at 928-779-7900 once you arrive at the Flagstaff airport or Flagstaff Amtrak station, and we will send the shuttle to pick you up. We do not schedule reservations for pickups due to potential air or train delays. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to Phoenix.
We do not allow pets at Little America Hotel, Flagstaff. Service animals are welcome.
Parking is complimentary for guests.
Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub
Daily 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
No one under the age of 13 is permitted to use the hot tub.
Unregistered guests or outside parties are not allowed at the Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub.
Cancellations for a hotel room or suite reservation must be received 24 hours (48 hours for Suites) before the expected day of arrival and may differ by arrival date and room type.
If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night’s accommodation. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at the time of booking.
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
The Little America Hotel is currently only offering housekeeping turndown services by request only. Please contact the front desk for help scheduling a turndown service while you are away from your room.
