Accessibility Statement
Grand America Hotels & Resorts is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to make changes to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
We have engaged the services of Monsido, Inc., an industry leader in website accessibility consulting services. Grand America Hotels & Resorts aims to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, which states that sites should be:
- Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
- Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable
- Understandable – Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable
- Robust – Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies
It is our pledge to our customers that we will do everything in our power to ensure that our website meets the WCAG standards throughout the year.
Digital accessibility is fluid and many of the WCAG guidelines are open to reasonable, case-by-case, best-faith interpretations. If, for any reason, you feel like a part of this platform isn’t meeting compliance standards, or could have its accessibility improved, please reach out to us and we will promptly and sincerely review your feedback. Please call us at (801) 258-6000 or email us at privacy@grandamerica.com to share your concerns.
Sincerely, the Grand America Hotels & Resorts team.
